Digi_Dubber_Studio 1.4.0 is a D-HAG desktop application for AI-assisted video dubbing. It transforms dialogue into the selected target language while keeping source videos, extracted audio, generated voices and final exports on the user's computer when the built-in voice provider is used.
Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because the installer is not yet digitally signed.
Access truth: Digi_Dubber_Studio itself has no separate Digi usage fee. It unlocks only for the same verified email with an active Smart Tab Recorder Pro, Power or Ultra plan.

A desktop dubbing workspace built around privacy, timing and review.
The application supports multiple target languages and combines local transcription, translation, speaker-aware planning, voice generation, audio mixing and hard quality gates.
D-HAG positions Digi_Dubber_Studio as a practical companion to Smart Tab Recorder, not as a separate paid dubbing marketplace. The entitlement model is tied to verified Smart Tab Recorder plans.
Multi-language dubbing
Select a supported target language while using the installed Faster-Whisper large-v3 model for local speech transcription.
Speaker consistency
Plan one canonical voice identity per detected speaker so dialogue stays easier to follow.
Timeline fit
Use bounded voice timing and preserve intentional pauses instead of unnaturally stretching short generated clips.

From source video to reviewed export
A connected dubbing flow with checks before output.
The current production foundation is optimized for short videos with selectable target-language output. Exact quality depends on source audio, speech clarity, speaker overlap, chosen voice provider and user review.
Extract audio
Start from a local video file and prepare the audio track for processing.
Separate stems
Use local Demucs processing to split vocals and background music where possible.
Translate speech
Translate detected speech into the selected target language with completeness checks before dubbing continues.
Plan voices
Detect speakers, estimate emotion and maintain consistent speaker casting.
Generate voice
Use the built-in lightweight voices or optionally connect your own ElevenLabs API key, stored encrypted for the current Windows user.
Mix and export
Render final video audio with bounded timing, preserved musical pauses and QA blockers for misleading output.
03 Local media privacy
No source media in account database
Your media belongs on your machine.
With the built-in provider, Digi_Dubber_Studio stores source videos, extracted audio, generated voices and final videos locally. Its built-in workflow may send transcript text to Google translation and Microsoft-hosted speech services. If you select optional ElevenLabs mode, the selected media and related processing data are sent directly to ElevenLabs.
D-HAG's account database does not receive source or output media; online services are used for authentication, Smart Tab Recorder entitlement checks and short text activity records.
Fail-closed accessFree, Starter, expired, deactivated, blocked or unverifiable Smart Tab Recorder accounts do not qualify.
