Digi Dubber Studio Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Digi Dubber Studio, a D-HAG desktop application, handles information when you sign in, verify access, and use the dubbing workflow. It applies to the Digi Dubber Studio Windows application and its related authentication and entitlement services.
2. Information We Collect
When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides the application with basic account information that you authorize: your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier used by the authentication service. We do not receive your Google password.
To confirm eligibility, the application checks the same verified email against Smart Tab Recorder account records. The service may process plan name, account status, entitlement expiry, and verification timestamps. It also stores short operational records such as login, logout, job started, job completed or job failed, application version, and timestamps.
3. How We Use Information
We use account information only to authenticate you, associate your Digi Dubber Studio session with the correct user, verify an eligible Smart Tab Recorder plan, prevent unauthorized access, provide support, diagnose failures, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising.
4. Local Media Processing
Source videos, extracted audio, separated tracks, generated voices, temporary processing files, and final exported videos are stored on your computer when the built-in provider is used. Translation and text-to-speech may send transcript text to external services as described below. Digi Dubber Studio does not intentionally upload source media or output media to its account database. You control the local files and may delete them from your computer at any time.
5. Service Providers
Google provides account authentication and translation services. Microsoft-hosted speech services may process transcript text for built-in text-to-speech. Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Smart Tab Recorder services provide plan and entitlement verification. These providers process limited information as necessary to perform those functions and are governed by their own privacy and security terms.
If you voluntarily select an optional third-party voice provider such as ElevenLabs, your chosen media, audio, transcript and related processing data is sent directly from your computer to that provider under its own privacy, retention and billing terms. Your provider API key is encrypted with Windows DPAPI and stored locally for your current Windows user; D-HAG servers do not receive it.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share limited information only with service providers needed to operate authentication and entitlement verification, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, D-HAG, and the integrity of the service.
7. Retention and Deletion
Account and operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide access, maintain security, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. Local media remains under your control. To request deletion of associated online account or activity data, contact support@d-hag.com from the email connected to your account. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
8. Security
We use authentication tokens, access controls, and encrypted network connections to protect online information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their Google account and device and should not share authentication tokens.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may choose not to sign in, but authenticated features will be unavailable. You can review or revoke Digi Dubber Studio access from your Google Account permissions. You may request access, correction, or deletion of associated online data by contacting support@d-hag.com.
10. Children
Digi Dubber Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the application, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, contact D-HAG at support@d-hag.com.
