Digi_Dubber_Studio Terms and Conditions
1. Digi Dubber Access
Digi_Dubber_Studio has no separate purchase price or Digi usage fee. Access is provided as a benefit to users who have an active Smart Tab Recorder Pro, Power, or Ultra plan. Smart Tab Recorder plan pricing, availability and terms are separate and may change. A Free, Starter, Custom, expired, deactivated, blocked or unverifiable Smart Tab Recorder account does not qualify.
2. Account and Entitlement Verification
A Google account is required to use the application. The same verified email must exist in Smart Tab Recorder. Digi_Dubber_Studio sends its signed authentication token to the Smart Tab Recorder account backend, which validates the token and checks only the matching account's plan, status and expiry. The application rechecks eligibility before processing and may deny access when verification is unavailable. The user is responsible for protecting their Google account and device.
3. Service Availability and End-of-Service
D-HAG may announce an end date or disable Digi_Dubber_Studio. When an end date is configured, the application may display an advance countdown while access continues. After that date, new dubbing is disabled and the application may offer a one-click uninstall option. Uninstalling removes application files and local AI models but does not intentionally delete the user's source or output videos. An unexpected hosting outage may prevent advance notice.
4. Local Media Privacy
Source videos, extracted audio, generated voices and final videos are processed and stored on the user's own computer when the built-in provider is used. Translation and text-to-speech may still send transcript text to external services as described below. Digi_Dubber_Studio does not upload media files to its account database. The D-HAG online service stores only account data and short text activity records such as login, logout, job started, completed or failed, plus timestamps and application version.
5. User Rights and Content
The user must have the legal right or permission to process and dub all input media. The user is solely responsible for copyright, consent, voice rights, privacy, publication and distribution of generated output.
6. Responsible Use
The software must not be used for impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, deceptive political content, or any activity prohibited by law.
7. AI Output
AI transcription, translation, speaker detection, emotion estimation, timing and generated speech may contain errors. The user must review output before publishing or relying on it.
8. Third-Party Components and Internet
The application uses open-source and third-party components whose own licences and terms continue to apply. In the built-in workflow, transcript text may be processed by Google translation services and Microsoft-hosted speech services even though no paid dubbing API key is required. Internet access is also required for account authentication and Smart Tab Recorder plan verification.
9. Optional Third-Party Voice Providers
Digi Dubber Studio can optionally connect directly to third-party voice and dubbing providers selected by the user, including ElevenLabs. Provider API keys are encrypted with Windows DPAPI and stored locally for the current Windows user; D-HAG servers do not receive those keys. When a provider mode is selected, the chosen media, audio, transcript and related processing data may be sent directly from the user's computer to that provider and will be governed by the provider's terms, privacy policy, retention practices, quotas and charges. Local storage of a key does not make provider processing local.
10. No Warranty
The software is provided as is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or perfect output accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D-HAG is not liable for losses caused by use or misuse.
11. Updates
Features, compatibility, models and these terms may change in future versions. Material changes will require acceptance again.
12. Acceptance
By selecting Accept or continuing to use Digi_Dubber_Studio, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
